Easy BBQ Beef Skewers

Pre heat the grill to medium high heat or get the BBQ hot.

Cut the beef into thin strips and remove the fat.

Chop the onions into large quarters.

Chop the pepper into squares.

05.

Put all the above into a bowl and mix with the BBQ Seasoning.

Get your skewers and add go onion, pepper, beef until you reach the end.

Grill or BBQ for 8-10 minutes until the meat is done to desired liking.

For the sauce

Open the natural yoghurt and add to a bowl.

Put in the coriander and paprika then stir till mixed in.

Burrito

Cook a pitta, layer the inside with the dip and add the skewer content then enjoy.
