Goats cheese and Filo Pastry Parcels

Thsi simple but tasty recipe will work perfectly in a tapas meal

Easy

270 g filo pastry ready rolled sheets, cut into 4 squares

125 g goats cheese, cut into equal amounts

320 g caramelised onion chutney

Pre heat the oven to 180c. In the middle of a pastry square rub some chutney then place the goats cheese on top.

Fold over the sides close to the middle. Do this for all 4 segments

Put in the oven for 15 minutes.
