Neapolitan Pizza Dough

Ingredients

01.

Pour the lukewarm water into the mixer bowl. Add the salt and mix briefly.

In a separate bowl, slowly combine the flour and dry yeast together.

Gradually tip the flour and yeast mixture into the mixer bowl.

Add the olive oil.

Increase to medium speed and mix for 10 minutes.

06.

Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and cover with a damp tea towel. Rest for 30 minutes.

07.

Divide and weigh the dough into equal portions, then leave to prove for a minimum of 2 hours before use.
