Braised Chicken with onions and pancetta
Surprising dish, this chicken dish coated in vinegar works so well with the onions to make a delicious mother-watering dish.

Ingredients

In a large lidded pan, brown the chicken and then put onto a plate.

Fry the pancetta until crispy in the same pan them add the onions, cook 4 minutes.

Add the vinegars, turn up the heat, scrape well to get all the juicy meaty bits from the bottom of the pan

Put everything in the pan. Bring to the boil, then simmer, partially covered for 40 minutes
05.
After 20 minutes put the new potatoes on to boil. With 5 minutes remaining put the green beans on.
06.
Serve with the potatoes and green beans.
