Cod and Smokey Butter Beans

This light but delicious dish is great for a quick lunch or dinner. The smokey flavour gives the beans a great flavour.

Method

    Mix the flour, 1tsp of celery salt, 1tsp white pepper, 1tsp smoked paprika

    Dust the cod in the flour mixture.

    Fry the cod for 2 minutes each side, then put into a 220c oven for 6 minutes. Finish with butter

    Gently fry the onion and garlic for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Add the kale and stock and beans and paprika

  6. 6

    Bring to the boil, cook 5 minutes

  7. 7

    Add the lemon zest and serve with the crusty bread
