Mix the flour, 1tsp of celery salt, 1tsp white pepper, 1tsp smoked paprika

Dust the cod in the flour mixture.

Fry the cod for 2 minutes each side, then put into a 220c oven for 6 minutes. Finish with butter

Gently fry the onion and garlic for 5 minutes

Add the kale and stock and beans and paprika

Bring to the boil, cook 5 minutes

Add the lemon zest and serve with the crusty bread
