Cod and Smokey Butter Beans

This light but delicious dish is great for a quick lunch or dinner. The smokey flavour gives the beans a great flavour. Recipe Trolley

Ingredients

01.

Mix the flour, 1tsp of celery salt, 1tsp white pepper, 1tsp smoked paprika

02.

Dust the cod in the flour mixture.

03.

Fry the cod for 2 minutes each side, then put into a 220c oven for 6 minutes. Finish with butter

04.

Gently fry the onion and garlic for 5 minutes

05.

Add the kale and stock and beans and paprika

06.

Bring to the boil, cook 5 minutes

07.

Add the lemon zest and serve with the crusty bread
