Dijon Chicken and Bacon Pasta

Heat a frying pan to medium heat and then add the onion with 1tsp oil

In a seperate fying pan cook the bacon until crispy, then remove from the pan onto some kitchen roll to dry. Add the chicken to the pan with salt, pepper and paprika.

Once the bacon has cooled chop into small pieces.

Once the chicken is cooked through add it to the onions

Add stock, Philadelphia and Dijon to the pan

Cook the pasta to the pack specifications in a seperate pan.

3 minutes before pasta is cooked add the peas, parmesan and spinach to the onion pan

Once cooked add the pasta to the onion pan and stir well. Serve with the bacon bits
