Stuffed cannelloni is very tasty and this dish is quick, easy and so tasty.

Method

    Pre heat the oven to 180c.

    In a pan, fry the onion and garlic in oil for 5 minutes then add all the tinned tomatoes, oregano, a pinch of nutmeg and basil. Bring to the boil then simmer for 5 minutes, season.

    Fill each tube with sausage meant and place into a large oven proof dish. Top with sauce, dot with mozzarella, grate over parmesan and bake for 45 minutes.

    Drizzle in extra olive oil if desired
