Pre heat the over to 200c

Put the Gnocci in a baking tray and put in the over for 25 minutes or until golden.

Heat the heavy cream in a heavy based skillet over a medium heat after about 2 minutes small bubbles begin to form in the middle and on the sides.

Add the Gorgonzola and cook, stirring, until it’s completely melted this should take about 2 minutes.

Reduce the heat to medium and whisk in the flour.

After about 3 minutes the sauce is slightly thickened.

Turn off the heat and cover to keep warm.

Take out the Gnocci once cooked and add to the sauce and gently toss to coat.

Serve immediately, topped with the parsley, if using.
