Italian Crumb Topped Sea Bass with Grilled Cherry Tomatoes
Beautifully crafted dish, served with healthy juicy tomatoes. Topped with crispy breadcrumbs and flavoured with rosemary to give a dish hard to refuse

Ingredients

Heat the grill on high or BBQ.

Mix together the breadcrumbs, rosemary and lemon zest.
03.
Place the sea bass on a baking tray lined with parchment, skin-side down and top with the crumb mix.
04.
Place the vine tomatoes on the tray.
05.
Grill for 8-10 mins until the tomatoes have softened and the fish starts to flake easily.
