Nando's Spicy Rice Recipe
A decent copy of the Nando's Spicy Rice. This recipe will add a bit of spice to any of your dishes.
Method

To a frying pan, add oil, onion, red bell pepper, cumin, and paprika. Stir fry on high for 3-5 mins till aromatic.

Add the rice to the boiling water with the chicken stock & turmeric and stir and boil for 2-4 minutes covered.

Add peas and chilli powder, stir before covering the pan with a lid tightly.

Let the rice cook on low heat for about 20 mins. Add a bit more boiling water if you need to cook the rice longer so it doesn't burn at the bottom of the pot.

Remove from heat and let simmer and cool, still covered, for 5 minutes.

Serve with freshly cracked black pepper & enjoy!
