In a bowl add the chicken and bbq seasoning. Coat well. If possible leave for a couple of hours or overnight.

Put the chicken on the grill plate and set the Ninja to smoker setting. 120c for 60mins.

Check with a food thermometer in the fattest part of the breast after 50 mins. Leave for the remaining 10 if not cooked.

Once cooked remove and cover with tin foil to rest for 10 mins.

Slice and add to your salad or eat on its own. Easy.
