Heat the grill to hot.

In a hot lidded frying pan add the pancetta with a splash of oil after a minute add the bay leaves, rosemary, thyme and chilli.

In another oven proof frying pan add a splash of oil and add the beans and allow to crisp up for 5 minutes. In the pancetta pan add the spring onion, radish and carrot while the beans are cooking.

Add the kale and vinegar to the pancetta pan with the chicken stock and put the lid on.

Add all the remaining beans ingredients except the cheese, bring this to the boil, add the grated cheese and put under the grill.

Put another pan on for the steak on a high heat. Rub the steak with salt, pepper, paprika and thyme. Put into the frying pan for 3 minutes on each side.

Serve with the steak in strips.
