Heat a frying pan to medium hot. Add a lump of butter and the ginger slices. Fry the fish for 3 minutes on the skin side. Then turn over and turn the pan off and leave to the side.

Boil the Broccoli for 2 minutes, then drain.

In another frying pan, fry the crushed garlic, grated ginger and black beans. Then add 4 chopped spring onions, the lime juice, the chopped stems of the coriander saving the leaves, balsamic vinegar, some more sesame oil and the soy sauce. When bubbling add the broccoli.

Serve the broccoli and sauce on the bottom with the fish on top. Scatter with the lime zest
