Summer Turkish Flatbread with BBQ Chicken and SaladThis is the easiest bread you will make and is refreshing in the summer

Season the chicken with the bbq seasoning and fry in some oil for 15 minutes or until cooked through, put to the side.
Whisk the flour, salt and yeast in a large bowl. Add the warm water and milk and knead until smooth. Add the olive oil and knead for around 10 minutes.
Form the dough into a bowl, greased bowl, cover with a clean tea towel, leave until doubled in size.
When the dough is done rising cut into 3 and roll each piece into a ball, roll out each one.
Heat a pan on medium to high heat and place each flatbread one at a time for 2.5 mins on each side.
Brush with oil and sprinkle over parsley and chilli flakes.
Top with all the salad and serve
