In a large bowl mix the meatball ingredients until a smooth mixture and shape into 16 balls.

Heat the oil in a large pan on a medium heat, fry until browned on all sides. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside. Don’t throw away the oil from the pan.

Let’s make the sauce, in the same pan add the onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes, add the tomatoes, oregano and season.

Add the meatballs back to the pan, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Now boil the kettle.

After 5 minutes put the spaghetti on for 10 minutes. Once cooked serve the meatballs and sauce on the spaghetti and cover with parmesan.
