Half an hour before cooking, chop the chicken into small chunks and mix in a bowl with the turmeric, paprika and seasoning, cover and put in the fridge.

Meanwhile in a small bowl add the crème fraîche, juice from the lime wedges and paprika. Mix well and put in the fridge until serving.

In a hot frying pan heat the oil and add the onion. Fry till soft around 2-3 mins.

Add the garlic for 1 minute.

Add the chicken and cook until the chicken is browned and cooked thoroughly.

Add the tomatoes and cook for a minute.

Serve with the rest of the lime, crème fraîche mixture and fresh cucumber in the flatbread
