First, heat your non-stick pan on a medium heat add your bacon to the pan, frying until nice and crispy. Followed by your onion and mixing it in with the Bacon. Fry for 1 minute and add the chilli.

Add the white wine.

Cook for 2 minutes and add the tomatoes. Using the tins fill with water and add to the pan. Break the tomatoes up

While the sauce is bubbling away, begin with your pasta using the packet instructions.

Once your sauce is nice and thick, add your pepper to the sauce.

Once the pasta is cooked add it to the sauce

Finally, give the mix a small drizzle of Olive Oil. Serve with the parmesan and Enjoy!
